Service Details

K2 is the type of visa designed to help the fiancé(e) of a US citizen to bring his/her dependent(s) legally to the US when he/she is under K1 visa status. K2 visa allows the dependent(s) to study and/or work lawfully. As soon as you get married, the dependents also receive the right to adjust their visa status.

To be eligible for K2 visa, each dependent must be your fiancé(e)’s unmarried child under 21 years old at the moment of filing, with no criminal charges and no immigration violations history. In the same time, you, together with your fiancé(e), should meet the minimum income requirement at the time of filing, as you should be able to provide for the dependent(s) during their stay in the United States. Although these general requirements apparently do not seem too severe, there are many other regulations that may become an impediment in obtaining the K2 visa for your fiancé(e)’s dependent(s). Make sure you are aware of them all and are fully prepared at the moment of filing. Call (410)978 7007 to consult a dedicated attorney.

Make sure both you and your fiancé(e) are happy,

knowing that his/her dependents are safe and right close to you.
